The Ultimate 45-Minute Ride
Each 45-minute Bright Cycle class is a full-body experience designed to challenge and empower. With a mix of endurance-building sprints, resistance-heavy climbs, and dynamic upper-body choreography, you’ll strengthen your body, elevate your cardio, and ignite your core.
Every class is beginner-friendly as our instructors offer modifications based on your fitness level. Each class includes a recovery moment to reconnect, reflect, and reset. You’re sure to feel a buzz of energy from this sweaty workout in an encouraging atmosphere.

Our signature 45-minute ride blends rhythm-based cycling, upper-body choreography, and a sculpting arm track with light dumbbells. Expect a high-energy, full-body workout that challenges your strength, stamina, and spirit. Includes post-class stretching.
