Studio Policies

Please review prior to booking in for class.

Booking & Cancellation

  • Members can book up to 5 minutes before start of class

  • it is possible to walk in & book a class if there is availability

  • Classes must be canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Late cancellations (within 11 hours of class) are non-refundable and will result in the loss of the class credit.

Arrival & Check-In

  • New riders: Please arrive 15 minutes early so we can set you up properly.

  • Our front entrance opens 30 minutes before class.

  • The Ride Room doors close 1 minute before class start time — late entry is not permitted.

  • Please check in at the front desk upon arrival.

  • Free parking is available in front of the studio.

What We Provide

  • Spin shoes (SPD-cleat compatible)

  • Sweat towels & shower towels

  • Locker rooms & 2 showers

Ride Room Etiquette

  • The Ride Room is a phone-free zone. Please leave phones in your locker. (Photos are allowed before & after class)

  • No conversations during class so everyone can stay immersed and focused.

  • Follow instructor guidance and ride respectfully alongside others.

Health & Safety

  • If you have pre-existing medical conditions or need modifications, please let us know before class.

  • Ride at your own pace — breaks and adjustments are always welcome.

Age Policy

  • Riders must be at least 13 years old to attend class.

  • Riders aged 13–15 require parental consent.

  • Riders 16+ may attend without parental consent.

  • Unattended children are not allowed in the studio.

  • We do not currently offer childcare.

Animals

  • No dogs or animals are allowed in the studio.

  • Service dogs are welcome, in accordance with accessibility guidelines.

WAITLISTS

We want everyone to have a chance at attending class! Our waitlist management system will send you an email when a spot opens for you in class.

Members will receive an email notification when they’ve successfully been added to class from the waitlist.

Should you no longer wish to attend class, please take yourself off the waitlist to avoid being added and then having to late cancel.

ARRIVING LATE

We certainly understand that life happens, and sometimes you arrive late. But as a business, we must be mindful of how latecomers impact the class experience for both members and instructors.

MANAGING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

It is important to note that members are solely responsible for managing their own membership. Memberships can be managed via your account or by sending us an email.

Bright Cycle is not responsible for cancelling a membership on your behalf, unless having received written notice no less than 14 days before the renewal date via email.

It is the member’s responsibility to familiarize themselves with the terms of the membership which are clearly laid out on the Pricing page, purchase page and in Terms & Conditions.

FREEZING MEMBERSHIPS

Freeze requests must be submitted via email no less than 2 weeks before the freeze date.

Unlimited 12-month memberships have the option to be frozen twice throughout the year. Our other 12-month memberships can be frozen once per year.

Our 3-month memberships can be frozen for an additional fee.
