Do you offer private classes for groups or companies?
Yes we offer private classes! Send us an email to hello@brightcyclestudio.fi with more details about your private class ideas!
Can I join a Bright Cycle class even if I’m out of shape?
Yes! Our classes are structured in a way that it is suitable for all fitness levels. Your Bright Cycle Coach will offer you adjustments based on your fitness level to either make the workout more challenging or more manageable. Everyone is welcomed at Bright Cycle.
Can I use my work benefits to pay for classes or a membership?
Yes! Enter the amount yo'u’d like to pay using your work benefits in the app, then send us a screenshot to hello@brightcyclestudio.fi for us to add the credits to your account!
Can I share my membership or classes with a friend?
No you cannot share classes you’ve purchased with a friend, they are personal to you. However, if you’d like to share the Bright Cycle experience with them, you can buy them a gift card or as a member, you can bring a friend for free!
Are your classes in English or Finnish?
Our signature Bright 45 Rhythm Cycling classes are instructed in English. However, we deliver customer service in Finnish whenever needed, no problem 😊
Can I participate if I have pre-existing health conditions or sensitivity to flashing lights?
Please consult your doctor before attending out cycling classes if you have any worries about your health conditions. Our classes can be held without flashing lights so please let our front desk staff know if you have sensitivity to flashing lights. Please let our staff know if you have any health conditions we should be aware of so we can adjust the workout for you accordingly.
